Pure gold refers to 24 karat Ramla gold (999.9 purity). No making charges are applied. Customers may receive pure gold in one of the following forms: Cut gold portions from approved bullion. Gold bullion or bars of equivalent purity (additional making charges may apply). Delivery is available only through the Gold Souq (Central Market) branch. Fine Gold Jewelry & Precious Metal co. may suspend the buy/sell feature for accounts conducting repetitive small transactions without clear investment purpose.
Payments can be made only via K-Net. The bank card used must be in the customer’s name. Fine Gold Jewelry & Precious Metal co. is not liable for any fraudulent activity, data theft, or unauthorized use of cards. Responsibility for secure processing rests with the payment gateway and the issuing bank. If a pricing error is identified after you place an order, Fine Gold Jewelry & Precious Metal co. will inform you promptly. You may reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KD).

For items such as jewelry, bullion, and gold coins, returns are permitted only within 24 hours, provided the invoice is presented and the item is in its original condition. If the delivered item does not match the agreed specifications, customers are entitled to a refund.
Fine Gold Jewelry & Precious Metal co. offers delivery across Kuwait at a standard fee of 5 KD. Deliveries are handled by a specialized money and gold transport company, which assumes full responsibility and insurance coverage once the shipment is handed over. Delivery times depend on the accuracy of the address provided. While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Deliveries are available only within Kuwait. The recipient must sign for the order upon delivery, and the signature must match the customer’s details provided during purchase.
